Assistance with limb and branch removal Print E-mail

Miamisburg, Ohio - November 15, 2018:  Last night’s ice storm resulted in some significant tree damage across the region.  In response, the City of Miamisburg will assist its residents in disposing of limb and branch debris.  Citizens can have their debris removed in the following ways:

•    Bundle limbs (maximum four feet in length) and place curbside with normal household refuse for collection by Rumpke.

•    Place larger branches and limbs curbside unbound, where they will be picked up by City crews over the next two weeks.  Due to leaf collection and possible snow and ice control obligations, this service will not extend beyond this time.  Please note that whole trees or limbs on private property cannot be collected.

Residents can also dispose of this material themselves at the Montgomery County Solid Waste Facility at 2450 Sandridge Drive in Moraine.  Residents who require assistance to address tree damage on their property are encouraged to contact a local tree service company.

For more information, call the Public Works Department at 847-6635.
