As part of the regional Drive Less Live More campaign, bicycle riders can participate in a 17-mile round trip excursion beginning at Riverfront Park.  The route will extend along the Great Miami River Recreation Trail into the City of Franklin.  Cyclists will have the opportunity to explore some of Franklin's sites and receive some "goodies" along the way.  They will then travel back toward Riverfront Park, where snacks, activities and fun await.  Riders are eligible to win prizes, including a V.I.P. Dayton Dragons' ticket package.

Bike riders will learn how to use the trail to travel around the Miami Valley.  The route is clearly marked with signs and volunteers to help along the way.

Riders 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.  Families are welcome.  Pre-registration is encourage at www.drivelesslivemore.org
