High School Pool Party

Location: Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center
Planned activities include swimming, games, food and live music. Participants must be attending high school in the fall. Hosted by the Teen Recreation Council.
Hershey Track and Field

Location: Miamisburg High School Track
Get ready for an awesome time! If you're between 9 and 14 years of age and love to run, jump and throw don't miss the Hershey Track & Field Games. Event elements include the 50 meter dash and the 800 meter run, plus field events like the softball throw and the long jump. There are plenty of choices and it doesn't matter how fast you can run or how far you can jump or throw-everyone's a winner!
Family Night Under the Stars

"Drive Less Live More" River Ride
Date: July 24
Time: 8:30 a.m.

Location: City of Franklin Municipal Building
As part of the regional Drive Less Live More campaign, bicycle riders can participate in a 14-mile round trip on the Great Miami River Recreational Trail beginning at the City of Franklin Municipal Building. After traveling to Miamisburg and exploring some of the sites, participants can return to Franklin and be eligible to win some prizes, including a V.I.P. Dayton Dragons ticket package. Learn how to use the Trail to travel around the Miami Valley. Riders 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is encouraged at www.drivelesslivemore.org
Movie Under the Stars: Free Willy: Escape from Pirate's Cove

Remember drive-in movies? Parents can relive those wonderful memories and kids can start new ones at the Movie Under the Stars night. Experience the thrill of watching a family movie on a 15 x 20-foot inflatable screen with theater quality projection and sound system. Enjoy games, activities and cartoons before the show beginning at 7 p.m. Movie starts at sundown. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs for a night of family fun under the stars. Concessions available. Touch A Truck
Date: August 10
Time: 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Location: Rice Field
Climb on it, run around on it, sit in it, honk its horn-just don't drive it away! Children of all ages will love our Touch a Truck event where they can explore all sorts of amazing trucks and vehicles. They will also have the opportunity to meet the drivers and vote on their favorite vehicle. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Event will be held rain or shine.
