New Utility Tracker

The City of Miamisburg has partnered with Ferguson Waterworks to update approximately 8,500 water meters throughout the city.  The project includes transitioning to a full-automated "AMI" system, which provides real time data and allows for better customer service and access to utility usage information.  The new utility tracking platform, My Water Advisor 2.0, is now available to residents online and through a mobile app.  To register, have your utility bill and choose one of the options below.

For more details, please see the My Water Advisor 2.0 instructions here.

If you have questions or are unable to register your account, please call Water Billing at 937-847-6460 or Public Works at 937-847-6635.

Sanitary Sewer Inspection Project

Phase 3 of Sanitary Sewer Camera Inspection is scheduled to begin, September 26th, 2023.  The city has contracted with Hazen and Sawyer and Hydromax USA to clean and perform condition assessments using CCTV technology, addressing various segments of pipe not yet inspected under Phases 1 and 2.   The work is part of the Wastewater Master Plan and will identify and prioritize needed sewer system repairs.

Although residents do not need to be home during the inspections and there will be no need for the contractor to enter homes, Hydromax staff will need to access sewers located outside of the roadway in some areas. Residents may be asked to avoid parking over sewer manholes to allow for entry when work is anticipated in a particular neighborhood.  There should be no interruption to water or wastewater services due to this work.  For questions or concerns, please call 937-847-6635.
